Kale-Fornia Dreamin Cooking Class

In the midst of winter, we'll make a fresh vegan menu of exciting dishes!

Our menu:

  • mushroom phyllo pockets with dill tahini sauce
  • cherry tomato and tapenade puff pastry tartlets 
  • cannellini-crispy kale-basil crostini
  • baked quinoa cakes served with roasted red pepper sauce

 

This hands-on class has limited space
