Fall Feast at Kitchen Conservatory

I'm sharing my passion for the fall season with rich, tasty dishes!

Our Menu:

  • farfalle with marinated artichokes al cartoccio with kalamata olives and garlic and freshly-made  cashew vegan ricotta.
  • vegetable-mushroom-barley bake
  • mushroom-pea-carrot paella with brown rice and crispy tofu
  • warm-spiced "creamy" chestnut soup
  • roasted shallot-squash-green bean salad with rosemary-garlic dressing

This is a hands-on class and space is limited
